Program #4 “The Mentoring Session”

This program consists of Four 2-Hour Phone Training Sessions, for a total of eight hours per month of personal consultation with Frankie Botelho. You will receive a great deal of usable knowledge, proven marketing and sales methods, new ideas, and proper direction for your company. This program saves you time, keeps you from having to travel, and enables you to discuss our training program, and your specific needs, at an affordable rate.

Additional Sales and Marketing Services

Insurance Adjuster and Agent Presentations for Continued Education – $4497 plus travel expenses
We can customize continued education classes for agents or adjusters that allows you to offer from 1 to 4 hours per class.

Program Tune-Ups: $1297 per day with a 2 day minimum, plus travel expenses.

Phone Consultation: $200 per hour, or $50 per 15 minute increment. All phone consultations must be prepaid.

Introductory Offer: 1 hour initial phone consultation at no charge.

Travel Expenses

Principals and employees are always welcome to join us at our location for personalized workshops and training, or we can travel to you. All clients will be required to prepay all travel expenses in advance. This includes a minimum of $125 per day for meals, and $250 minimum per day for lodging, when applicable. Business Class Air or Rail transportation must be prepaid, and pre-approved by both parties. Not all airlines are acceptable. Travel days will require an additional surcharge of $897 each way for airline travel. All car rental costs will be assumed by the client.
